The invention discloses a cyclic planting and breeding method for fish, shrimps, vegetables and paddy rice. The method is characterized in that a slope with the gradient ranging from 5 degrees to 20 degrees is selected; the slope has a safe water source and is built by a higher layer, a middle layer and a lower layer; the higher layer of the slope is a planting area; the middle layer of the slopeis a breeding area; the lower layer of the slope is a purification area; or, the higher layer of the slope is a breeding area; the middle layer of the slope is a purification area; the lower layer ofthe slope is a planting area; sewage in the breeding area flows and is pressed into the purification area through a pipeline; after being biologically decomposed and filtered through the purificationarea for first purification, sewage flows into or is pumped into the planting area and absorbed by plants for secondary purification; after first purification and secondary purification, water qualitymeets the standard of water utilization for high-quality breeding; then, sewage flows into or is pumped into a breeding pond in order to achieve cyclic utilization; and the area ratio of the plantingarea, the breeding area and the purification area is 5:1:1. The cyclic planting and breeding method for fish, shrimps, vegetables and paddy rice has advantages of high cultivation density, low planting and breeding cost and good quality. Additionally, culture sewage is reutilized so that natural environment is protected.
