本发明公开了一种抗菌陶瓷燃气灶面板的制备方法，在陶瓷中引入可耐高温的银锌复合无机抗菌剂，赋予陶瓷抗菌功能；将陶瓷生坯低温素烧，坯体内水分蒸发，有机物挥发，使陶瓷坯体具有丰富的孔隙，并具备一定的机械强度，通过毛细管力将抗菌剂离子组装进入陶瓷素烧胎体中，可节省价格昂贵的抗菌剂的消耗。

The invention discloses a preparation method of an antibacterial ceramic gas stove panel. A silver zinc composite inorganic antibacterial agent capable of resisting high temperature is introduced intoceramic and the antibacterial function is given to the ceramic; the ceramic green body is subjected to biscuit firing at low temperature, water in the body is evaporated and the organic matters are volatized, so that the ceramic body has rich pores and has certain mechanical strength; and the antibacterial agent ions are assembled by a capillary force to enter the ceramic biscuit firing body, sothat consumption of the expensive antibacterial agent can be reduced.
