The main adjusting module comprises anintelligent control unit, and the intelligent control unit acquires a current of a maximum current phase and a current of a minimum current phase of the sub-adjusting system and obtains a practical value of a three-phase current degree of unbalance. According to the practical value of the three-phase current degree of unbalance, the difference of the practical value and a set value of the three-phase current degree of unbalance can be calculated.
