Original ore slurry obtained after desilication is conveyed to a dissolution sleeve to be heated through a diaphragm pump and subjected to pipeline staying and 11-stage slurry flash evaporation, the slurry obtained after flash evaporation enters a dilution tank, and washing liquor is not added into the dilution tank and directly flows to a post-dilution tank of the red-mud settlement procedure. The high-pressure digestion and flash evaporation method and device can reduce the energy consumption, the washing liquor directly flows to the post-dilution tank, and then a one-time washing liquor pump of the high-pressure digestion procedure is omitted; meanwhile, the flow and power of thedilution pump are reduced, and the effects of reducing the investment, saving energy and reducing the consumption are achieved.
