The invention discloses a tail end transmission system of a tractor having ground clearance capable of being in stepless adjustment. The tail end transmission system comprises a half shaft housing mounted on a tractor body, a tail end transmission mechanism mounted on the half shaft housing and a half shaft mounted in the half shaft housing, wherein the half shaft is in transmission connection with the tail end transmission mechanism; the tail end transmission mechanism is rotatably mounted on the half shaft housing; and a rotation adjusting device is arranged between the half shaft housing and the tail end transmission mechanism. The tail end transmission system disclosed by the invention is simple in structure; the ground clearance can be in stepless adjustment, so that the requirementsof a user for the ground clearance on different crops of different heights are met by the tractor, the utilization rate of the tractor is improved, the using cost is reduced, the adjustment of the ground clearance is convenient, the adjustment time is short, and the working efficiency of the user is improved.
