The invention provides a working method of a cement pipe piece circular arc face automatic water collection and trowelling system. The working method comprises the following steps that a cement pipe piece with a circular arc surface is provided; a portal frame is erected above the cement pipe piece; a three-dimensional movement mechanism installed on the portal frame is driven to move transversely, longitudinally and vertically in the portal frame so as to drive a water collection machine head to carry out water collection and trowelling along the circular arc surface of the cement pipe piece;and the water collection machine head comprises a driving mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a trowelling mechanism, the driving mechanism drives the transmission mechanism to do eccentric motion in the horizontal direction, and the transmission mechanism pulls and drives the trowelling mechanism to do eccentric rotation. According to the cement pipe piece circular arc face automatic water collection and trowelling system, manual trowelling is transformed to mechanical trowelling, working efficiency can be improved, and labor input is reduced.
