The invention discloses a feeding and drilling device for steel plates. The feeding and drilling device comprises a steel plate conveying device, a working platform, a drilling machine and stop devices; the steel plate conveying device comprises a plurality of lower feed rollers distributed horizontally, and a plurality of upper feed rollers arranged above the lower feed rollers; the distance between the upper feed rollers and the lower feed rollers is gradually decreased from back to front, and the working platform is flush with a plane where the upper edges of the lower feed rollers are located; the working platform is located in front of the lower feed rollers, and the drilling machine is arranged above the working platform; and the position, located in front of the drilling machine, ofthe working platform is provided with a plurality of notches in which the stop devices are installed. The feeding and drilling device disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that smoothlead-in and conveying of plates with different thicknesses can be achieved; the stop devices are lifted and declined in sequence, so that the drilling of a plurality of stations can be finished in sequence.
