The invention provides a production method and device for a metal 3D printing product. The method comprises the steps that a low-melting point thermoplastic 3D metal printing raw material mixture is prepared through metal powder materials and a forming adhesive; a green body of a metal part product can be printed through slight improvement of a 3D printing machine (shown in the drawing) of a commercial fused deposition modeling method (FDM method) by virtue of the prepared metal printing raw material mixture; the forming adhesive in the green body is removed through technologies like a thermaldebinding method or a chemical catalytic debinding method; green body high-temperature sintering is carried out through a vacuum sintering or gas-protecting sintering method after removal of the forming adhesive; and the complex metal part product which is compact in alloying and high in performance is produced. The production method and the production device have the beneficial effect that the device and the technology for producing metal parts or parts made from other materials at low cost through a 3D printing method are developed.
