The invention discloses a preparation method of health food with functions of relaxing muscles and stimulating blood circulation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixingwolfberry, cassia seeds and Chinese yam in a weight ratio to obtain a mixture, adding the mixture into water in a weight ratio of 1 to (10-15), carrying out decoction for 4 hours, and filtering; andadding decoction dreg into water in a weight ratio of 1 to (3-5), carrying out decoction for 6 hours, filtering, combining filtrate, concentrating the combined filtrate to obtain pasty mixture, addingoat into water in a weight ratio of 1 to 2, carrying out decoction until the oat is pasty, mixing the oat paste with the pasty mixture, adding a ginkgo biloba extract, and carrying out granulation and drying, so as to obtain the health food. The health food contains the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of the wolfberry, 5-8 parts of the ginkgo biloba extract, 5-8 parts of cassia seeds, 10-15 parts of the Chinese yam, 5-8 parts of the cassia seeds and 20-30 parts of the oat. The preparation method is simple and practical, and nutrient elements in the raw materials can be furthest preserved; and after the health food is eaten for a long time, the smoothness of blood vessels can be obviously improved, and the blood fat problem can be solved.
