According to the invention, yttrium oxide, yttrium hydroxide, the multi-cyano compound, lithium bis borate, and potassium bromide as the additives are added in a battery cathode,a battery cathode or an electrolyte, proportioning is reasonable, battery internal resistance and gassing amount are reduced, new electricity performance and high-temperature storage performance of the battery are increased, and the effect is obvious.
