The invention provides a predicting method and device of charging loads of electric vehicles. By obtaining data such as standard power consumption, charging power, charging starting time and daily mileages of all the types of electric vehicles in combination with random charging starting moments and random daily mileages, obtained through simulation, of all the types of electric vehicles, durationneeded for charging all the types of electric vehicles is further obtained respectively, so that predicting curves of the charging loads of all the types of electric vehicles are obtained. By overlaying the predicting curves of the charging loads of all the types of electric vehicles, an obtained total predicting curve of the charging loads can comprehensively reflect the charging characteristicsof all the types of electric vehicles, and the charging loads obtained through prediction can confirm to the actual use situations of all the types of electric vehicles more and are more accurate.
