The invention discloses a parallel type harmonic power extracting device. A harmonic extraction device on each phase includes a coupling transformer T, a first branch formed by a reactive compensationcapacitor Ci, and a second branch formed by a reactive compensation capacitor Cmi and a resonant inductor Lmi in series; a primary winding of a coupling transformer T includes a first coil, a secondcoil, and a core, wherein the first coil and the second coil are wound on the core, and the winding direction of the first coil and the winding direction of the second coil are the same; the series circuits formed by the first branch and the second branch respectively have the same capacity of the equivalent capacitance at a fundamental voltage, and the number of turns of the first coil is the same as the number of turns of the second coil. The device extracts harmonic electric energy, avoids active loss of damping resistance of an electric transmission line, and solves the problems of large voltage source loss and diseconomy of filtering harmonics.
