The invention provides a dual-polarized radiation oscillator so that a problem of too high production costs of the existing dual-polarized radiation oscillator can be solved. The dual-polarized radiation oscillator is composed of a central part and oscillator lobe parts; and a feed slot is formed between each two adjacent oscillator lobe parts. In addition, the dual-polarized radiation oscillatoralso includes a first feeding conductor and a second feeding conductor that are used for feeding the feed slots. To be specific, the central part and the oscillator lobe parts are formed by punching on one planar metal piece. Tuning arm parts connected with the oscillator lobe parts are formed at the centers of all oscillator lobe parts by punching and are bent to face the same side of the centralpart. According to the invention, the dual-polarized radiation oscillator has advantages of simplified structure, low production cost, and low assembling cost and the like; and the dual-polarized radiation oscillator is also suitable for other frequency bands after the dimension of the oscillator is changed slightly instead of form changing. In addition, the invention also provides an antenna having the dual-polarized radiation oscillator. Compared with the existing same-band antenna, the provided antenna is characterized in shortening the distance between an oscillator piece and a reflectionplate, so that the size of the antenna is reduced.
