The invention discloses a by-pass module for an electric leakage circuit breaker and the electric leakage circuit breaker. The by-pass module is mounted on the side portion of the electric leakage circuit breaker body for use, and comprises a shell and a contactor device arranged in the shell; the contactor device comprises a plurality of contactor units distributed from top to bottom, and each contactor unit comprises a bridge-type moving contactor with two moving contacts, two stationary contacts arranged corresponding to the two moving contacts respectively, a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the first terminal and the second terminal are correspondingly connected with the two stationary contacts respectively; the bridge-type moving contactors of the contactor units are arranged on the same moving contactor mounting part, and when the moving contactor mounting part is driven by a driving mechanism to vertically move, the moving contacts of each contactor unit are in contact with or separate from the corresponding stationary contacts. Through arrangement of the by-pass module, when the electric leakage circuit breaker conducts electric leakage detection, the by-passmodule is conducted to make sure load equipment is not powered off, so that inconvenience brought to a user as the load equipment is powered off during electric leakage detection is avoided.
