The invention provides an omni-directional corner reflector for radar scattering feature enhancement and a verification method. The corner reflector comprises a plurality of set square corner reflectors. An inflation rod made of wave-transmitting material is disposed, through thermal sealing, at the outer contour of each set square corner reflector. After heat sealing of each inflation rod, air taking up 10% of the shaping volume of the inflation rod is filled in, and thereby the inflation rods can be inflated by the air filled in. The inflation rods are made of rubber coated terylene fabric materials for heat sealing, and the set square angle reflectors are made of ultra-thin and ultra-light aluminized terylene fabric. The invention is advantageous in that by adopting the form of the omni-directional angle reflector, the problem that an RCS mean value of a target feature control product is improved substantially can be resolved under the condition of limited quality and filling space;weight is light, volume is small, and the occupied filling space is small.
