The invention discloses a fatigue performance improved oil pipe capable of being resistant to hydrogen sulfide corrosion and a production method thereof. The oil pipe is prepared from, by weight, 0.12%-0.25% of C, 0.15%-0.30% of Si, smaller than or equal to 0.25% of Mn, smaller than or equal to 0.008% of P, smaller than or equal to 0.005% of S, smaller than or equal to 0.5% of Cr, 0.2%-0.5% of Mo,0.02%-0.05% of Nb, 0.08%-0.25% of V, 0.005%-0.01% of Al, 0.001%-0.003% of Ca, 0.0001%-0.0002% of RE and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities. The oil pipe is small in product crystal particle andgood in toughness matching, and the fatigue strength sigma<0.1> is larger than or equal to 200 Mpa when fatigue tests are conducted under the condition that the load ratio R is 0.1 and the cycle number is 1*10<5> in a 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution corrosive environment.
