According to the device for facilitating dischargeof semi-drying sludge from the storage bins, the arranged movable rotating scraper device can cover the sludge storage bins completely, the sludge material bins can be cleared completely without deadangles, the continuous and automatic sludge discharging operation from the storage bins is realized, and the human intervention and operating personnel investment are reduced; besides, the inlet of the screw conveyor is longer, so that a certain degree of mixing function is achieved, and the problem that the semi-drying sludge cannot be discharged easily from the storage bins after being stacked is solved.
