The invention provides a drying system. The drying system comprises refrigerating equipment and dehydrating equipment, wherein the dehydrating equipment comprises a drying oven, a microwave transmitting device used for transmitting microwaves which can heat water in the drying oven and an air extractor used for producing negative pressure in the drying oven; the refrigerating equipment comprises aheat collector, a compressor and a radiator, and the heat collector is arranged in the drying oven; or the refrigerating equipment comprises a refrigerating fluid storage tank and a refrigerating fluid adding pipe, and the refrigerating fluid adding pipe leads to the interior of the drying oven; the drying oven is provided with a dehydrating cavity (1) and a dehydrating cavity wall (2), and the dehydrating cavity (1) is a cavity which can be airtightly sealed; a feeding inlet and/or discharging hole which can be airtightly sealed is formed in the dehydrating cavity wall; a water collecting cavity (5) is formed below the dehydrating cavity, a water collecting hole (6) is formed in the bottom of the dehydrating cavity wall, the water collecting cavity and the water collecting hole are in fluid communication, and the fluid communication with column plate effect is formed between the water collecting cavity and the dehydrating cavity. The drying system provided by the invention is low inenergy consumption and high in efficiency when being used for drying a material.
