The invention discloses an efficient corn seed germination method. The method comprises the following steps of (1) drying corn seeds for 1-2 days before germination, pouring the seeds into a containerwith water and soaking, then taking out the seeds, drying, putting the seeds into a diluted disinfector and soaking again; (2) washing the seed treated in step (1) with warm water, and putting the seeds on a spread gunny bag or a piece of cloth for thermal germination; (3) dressing the germinated corn seeds with a bactericide to prevent maize head smut, and mixing phoxim or chlorpyrifos and carbofuran granules with a base fertilizer or using phoxim or chlorpyrifos and carbofuran granules as a seed fertilizer to apply to the soil, so as to prevent underground destructive insects; and (4) sowing. The germination method saves seeds, keeps all seedlings when sowing once, enhances drought resistance of corn, promotes prematurity and improves yields, has high germination rate but is low-cost, has high sowing quality, and keeps plant diseases and insect damage at low rate.
