The present invention addresses the problem of providing a plastic fat composition that has a low trans fatty acid content, has a good flavor even in the case of containing a palm-based fat or oil ora laurin-based fat or oil, and maintains high gloss. Also, the present invention addresses the problem of providing an additive that contains a specific triacyl glycerol as a main component and is suitable for the production of the aforesaid plastic fat composition. The plastic fat composition according to the present invention contains an MMM in an amount of 0.01 mass% or more and less than 5 mass% relative to the total amount of fats and oils in the plastic fat composition [wherein: M stands for a fatty acid having 6-10 carbon atoms; and MMM stands for a triacyl glycerol in which three M molecules are attached to one glycerol molecule].
