The invention discloses a user-side intelligent electrical terminal based on automatic demand response. The user-side intelligent electrical terminal based on automatic demand response is characterized in that the terminal receives the load cutting information, the user-side real-time electricity using information and the household equipment cut-off priority; and a demand response program is stored in a processor in the terminal; when the load cutting information is received, the demand response program is executed by the processor, including the following steps: 1) according to the user-sidereal-time electricity using information, calculating the user real-time power value; 2) determining whether the difference between the real-time power value and the expected power value is greater than the set threshold, and if so, turning to the step 3, and if not, over; and 3) sending out a cut-off command of cutting off the existing electricity using household equipment with the highest cut-offpriority, and turning to the step 1. The user-side intelligent electrical terminal based on automatic demand response helps the electrical line to realize automatic balance during the electricity using peak period, can avoid occurrence of faults, can improve the utilization rate of energy, can realize peak load shifting, and can effectively reduce waste of electric quantity.
