本发明公开了一种膏状导热吸波电磁材料，其由以下质量百分含量的原料组成：硅油：10％～30％；绝缘导热粒子：5％～20％；电磁吸收剂：50％～70％；助剂：1％～10％，其制备方法简单，按次序将各物料混合均匀即可。本发明的膏状导热吸波电磁材料的界面润湿性好、界面热阻小、导热效率高、散热快、磁导率高、吸波效果好、制备方法简单、成本较低。
摘要（英）：
The invention discloses a pasty thermal-conduction wave-absorbing electromagnetic material. The material is prepared from, by mass, 10-30% of silicone oil, 5-20% of insulating heat-conducting particles, 50-70% of electromagnetic absorbent and 1-10% of auxiliary agent; a preparation method of the material is simple and is completed by evenly mixing all the materials according to an order. The pastythermal-conduction wave-absorbing electromagnetic material has the advantages of being good in interfacial wettability, low in interfacial thermal resistance, high in thermal conduction efficiency, quick in heat dissipation, high in magnetic permeability, good in wave absorbing effect, simple in preparation method and low in cost.
