The invention discloses a mutual inductor electricity-taking power supply with a balance mechanism. The mutual inductor electricity-taking power supply comprises a current mutual inductor, a front protector, a rectifying circuit, a monitoring unit, a charging module, an energy storage unit, a balancer, a photovoltaic module, a buck-boost module and a load. The current mutual inductor for electricity taking loops secondary side output current of a power transmission circuit, the front protector is connected with the mutual inductor, the rectifying circuit is connected with the front protector,the monitoring unit is connected with the rectifying circuit, the charging module, the energy storage unit, the photovoltaic module, the balancer and the buck-boost module, and the charging module isconnected with the energy storage unit. The buck-boost module converts output voltage of the monitoring unit into direct-current or alternating-current operating voltage required by the load, and theload is connected with the buck-boost module and is a power consumption device of the buck-boost module. The mutual inductor electricity-taking power supply with the balance mechanism has the advantage that the related problem of failure of an existing current mutual inductor electricity taking scheme in adaptability to a wide current variation range, low secondary current utilization efficiency of the current mutual inductor, low integral reliability or the like is solved effectively.
