The invention discloses a complex network theory-based neutral point grounding mode decision method and system. An existing research method aims at evaluation and forecast on integral performance of amedium-voltage power distribution network, and the important factor, such as a neutral point grounding mode selection problem, affecting the reliability of the medium-voltage power distribution network is neglected. A complex network relevant theory is initially employed, a power supply reliability index based on a medium-voltage power distribution network topological structure is defined, different neutral point grounding modes are evaluated according to the power supply reliability index, and the neutral point grounding mode with maximum power supply reliability of the power distribution network is finally obtained. The complex network theory-based neutral point grounding mode decision method and system is applicable to a traditional medium-voltage power distribution network and also isapplicable to a medium-voltage power distribution network accessed with new energy and containing a microgrid.
