The invention belongs to the technical field of cutter and scissors welding, and in particular, relates to a shank welding fixture for assisting an arc welding robot to perform shank welding. The shank welding fixture comprises an overturning unit and a clamping unit; the clamping unit is used for fixedly clamping a shankand a cutter body; and the overturning unit is used for driving the clamping unit to overturn. The shank welding fixture not only can improve the clamping efficiency and the clamping precision of thecutter body and the shank, but also can greatly improve the welding efficiency of the shank.
