The invention relates to the field of GPS satellite time service, particularly to an outdoor synchronized phasor measurement unit antenna integrated with meteorological parameters. The antenna comprises a GPS satellite signal receiving antenna and a meteorological measurement device. The GPS satellite signal receiving antenna applied to PMU time service is fixed inside a device upper transparent cover. The s meteorological measurement device consists of measurement units for measuring data including a wind direction, a wind speed, a temperature, humidity, a barometric pressure and a total light intensity and is arranged at a support rod. A sensor module cooperates with a single-chip microcomputer to collect meteorological data; the meteorological data can be displayed at an eight-bit Nixietube display screen of the device and can be transmitted to a synchronized phasor measurement unit. The antenna has characteristics of simple operation, quick installation and diversified functions and is mainly applied to a photovoltaic power station, so that a time service problem of a synchronized phasor measurement device in the photovoltaic power station is solved; and accurate time marks are provided for electrical parameters and meteorological parameters, so that the total cost of the antenna is lowered.
