The invention relates to a molecular imprinting photonic crystal detecting card and application thereof. Molecular imprinting pre-polymerization liquid is poured into a photonic crystal template; after polymerization, template molecules are washed away to obtain the molecular imprinting photonic crystal detecting card. The molecular imprinting photonic crystal pesticide residue fast detecting cardrelated by the invention has specific selectivity on target pesticide molecules; the interference of other pesticide molecules in complicated test environments can be avoided; the surface structure color can respond the outside stimulation; the naked eye visibility is realized; through contrast with a standard color card, the content of methomyl in an object to be tested can be fast obtained. Theprepared molecular imprinting photonic crystal detecting card provides an accurate, sensitive and fast novel method for detecting the methomyl pesticide residue; the reference is also provided for the development of other kinds of pesticide residue detecting technologies.
