The multilayer adsorption type exhaust gas purification treatment device comprises a mounting bottom plate, a mounting frame, a treatment tank and an exhaust device; a crude filtering grid is fixedly arranged at the middle part of anupper surface of the mounting bottom plate and arranged at an upper end of an air inlet pipe; a fine filtering mesh layer is arranged on an inner side of an upper surface of the mounting frame, and an activated carbon adsorption layer is arranged on an outer side of the fine filtering mesh layer; a biological reaction layer is arranged on an outer side of the activated carbon adsorption layer; and deodorization filtering balls are arranged on an upper surface of an exhaust pipe. In the device provided by the invention, the biological reaction layer, the activated carbon adsorption layer and the fine filtering mesh layer are arranged on the upper surface of the mounting frame through mounting blocks, so that the device has a function of exhaust gas purification by adopting a way of physical adsorption filtration and biological reaction; an ultraviolet ray sterilizer is arranged at the middle part of an upper surface of a partition plate, so that the device has a function of exhaust gassterilization; and the device has the characteristics of simple structure, high practicality and good exhaust gas purification effect.
