The invention belongs to the field of food and provides longan and Chinese chive seed pig kidneys. The longan and Chinese chive seed pig kidneys are prepared from raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 20-40 parts of walnut kernels, 10-30 parts of longan pulp, 300-500 parts of pig kidneys, 10-20 parts of Chinese chive seeds and 1-3 parts of refined salt. The preparation method comprises steps as follows: material preparation, cleaning, air drying, cooking and the like. The longan and Chinese chive seed pig kidneys have the advantages that the pig kidneys reserve traditional Chinese medicine ingredients, have nutrition of the pig kidneys and have the efficacy of relieving premature ejaculation.
