The invention relates to an LED panel light with a loudspeaker module and a reflective sheet. The LED panel light comprises an LED panel light body, the loudspeaker module, a diffusion plate, an LED module, screw holes, a power supply and the reflective sheet. The loudspeaker module is mounted inside the LED panel light body in an embedded mode; the diffusion plate is mounted on the other face ofthe LED panel light body in an embedded mode; the LED module is fixed to the bottom in the LED panel light body; the power supply is fixed to the inner bottom of the LED panel light body; and the reflective sheet is pasted to the inner bottom of the LED ceiling body. The cost-performance ratio of a product is increased, light dissipation is reduced, and brightness is improved.
