The invention discloses a glucosamide type gemini cationic surfactant and a synthesis method thereof. The synthesis method comprises three steps of synthesizing long-chain epoxy quaternary ammonium salt, performing reaction on diamine and glycidyl long-chain quaternary ammonium salt to generate double long-chain alkyl gemini quaternary ammonium salt, and performing reaction on the double long-chain alkyl gemini quaternary ammonium salt, long-chain double quaternary ammonium salt and glucolactone to generate the glucosamide type gemini cationic surfactant. The glucosamide type gemini cationic surfactant is a novel glucosamide type gemini cationic surfactant and has wide application space in the fields of daily-use chemical industry, agriculture, food, textile, biological medicine and the like. In addition, the amine ester reaction, for preparing alkyl aldose amide, of aldonolactone and proper alkylamine is selective reaction, hydroxyl in sugar molecules does not need to be protected tediously and complexly, and the synthesis method is simple in operation and suitable for industrialized production.
