The safe and efficient high-voltage contact washing device comprises a bearing plate, a six-axis mechanical hand arranged on the bearing plate, a dry ice emitting device arranged on the bearing plate and an air compressor arranged on the bearing plate; the part, far away from the bearing plate, of the six-axis mechanical hand is provided with a dry ice spraying nozzle; an output connector of the dry ice emitting device is connected with the dry ice spraying nozzle through a conveying pipe; the air compressor is connected with the dry ice emitting device; and the dry ice emitting device is provided with a depth camera used for shooting a probe of the six-axis mechanical hand. By means of the above manner, thesafe and efficient high-voltage contact washing device can automatically wash a high-voltage contact, the safety is high, and electric shocks can be avoided; and in addition, the high-voltage contactwashing device is mainly used for washing the high-voltage contact by spraying dry ice, and the washing effect is better.
