The invention discloses a capsicum seed processing method, and belongs to the technical field of seed processing. The method comprises the following steps: seed sun-drying; seed screening; seed preprocessing; seed activation; production of a seed soaking solution; seed soaking; and cleaning and airing. The capsicum seed processing method improves the conditions of germination slowness and low germination rate of seeds, effectively improves the resistance of the seeds and bud seedlings, reduces the invasion of pests and diseases, guarantees the seedling emergence of capsicum and the healthy growth of seedlings, and has good meaning.
