The invention provides a preparation method for a polymer composite film. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a solution of a polymer substrate material; doping a dielectric material into the solution of the polymer substrate material, and performing mixing to obtain a mixed solution; adding a curing agent into the mixed solution, performing uniform mixing, and performing degassingto obtain a polymer composite film slurry; and coating a template with the polymer composite film slurry, and performing curing to obtain the polymer composite film. The invention also provides the polymer composite film comprising the polymer substrate material and the dielectric material doped in the polymer substrate material. The invention also provides a physiological monitoring sensor tapeusing the polymer composite film.
