The invention discloses bituminous concrete for earth and rockfill dam walls at high altitude localities, relates to the technical field of hydraulic engineering asphaltic concrete and aims to solve the problems of providing an earth and rockfill dam wall at a high altitude locality, improving properties of bituminous concrete, prolonging the service life of a core wall and providing bituminous concrete which is simple and reliable to construct. According to the technical scheme, the bituminous concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 35-51 parts of coarse aggregate, 40-50 parts of fine aggregate, 9-15 parts of packing as well as asphalt and an anti-peeling agent, wherein the sum of the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate is 100 parts; the asphalt-aggregate ratio of the asphalt is 6-7.5%; the anti-peeling agent accounts for 0.4% of the mass of the asphalt. The bituminous concrete is simple in preparation mode and convenient to construct, the adhesion property of the bituminous concrete is improved, the water stability is improved, the water damage resistance is improved, the self-healing property for fatigue cracking is improved, and the durability influence is generally unchanged; by improving the properties of the bituminous concrete, the service life of the earth and rockfill dam wall can be prolonged.
