The invention discloses a fire retardant solution filling and sealing method of filling type fire-resistant glass. The method comprises the following steps: cutting raw glass sheets according the sizerequirement; polishing the edges; adhering two raw glass sheets and two aluminum alloy strips to form a non-filled fire-resistant glass blank with an empty cavity; forming reserved sealing sides around the glass; reserving air outlets and filling ports in adhering ports of the two aluminum alloy strips; ultrasonically oscillating the fire-resistant glass blank to remove bubbles formed by filling;sealing the filling ports and the air outlets with glue; adding glass fibers in the reserved sealing sides after the slurry is solidified; combusting to melt the slurry in order to seal all reservedsealing sides between the two raw glass sheets, so as to finish filling and sealing. With the adoption of the method for filling the fire-retardant solution, the fire-retardant solution can be completely sealed in glass; the special material of the glass is capable of isolating the possible contact of gel and outside, and the fire-retardant gel is prevented from bubbling and yellowing due to leaked water and air.
