The retractable device includes a motor, a reducer, an upper traction wheel, a lower traction wheel,a cable, and a wrapping angle adjustment mechanism and a control mechanism for adjusting a cable wrapping angle; the wrapping angle adjustment mechanism includes a guiding mechanism and an electric cylinder; the guiding mechanism includes a pair or above guide wheels, and the guide wheels clamp the middle of the cable winding on the upper traction wheel and the lower traction wheel; the guiding mechanism is fixedly arranged on an external extension end of a telescopic rod of an electric cylinder; the electric cylinder is located on a perpendicular bisector of an outer contour tangent line between the upper traction wheel and the lower traction wheel; the control mechanism includes an encoder and a controller, when the device is working, the controller calculates the position of the electric cylinder corresponding to a wrapping angle, and controls the electric cylinder to move, and the precise adjustment of the wrapping angle through the cable on the upper traction wheel and the lowertraction wheel is achieved. The fatigue damage caused by the cyclic bending of the cable can be reduced through reduction of the wrapping angle of the cable, and the service life of the cable is increased.
