The invention discloses a moveable charging method for orderly charging multiple static electric cars, which includes steps that a user sends a charging request; a main control system receives the charging request command and sequences the charging; the main control system sends an order charging command to a charging system; the charging system receives the charging command and then transmits toan automatic navigation car; the automatic navigation car is driven to an electric car to be charged and charges it. The invention further discloses a moveable charging system for orderly charging multiple static electric cars, which comprises the automatic navigation car, a moving positioning platform, a battery storage silo, a battery access machine arm, an alternating current power supply plug,a power supply switch, a charging machine arm, a charging plug, a main control unit, a communication unit, and a measuring unit. The moveable charging system and method have the beneficial effects ofgreatly reducing construction of charging piles, reducing impact on a power distribution network and saving huge reform cost of the power distribution network.
