The invention discloses a tool pass box for outer wall construction. The tool pass box for outer wall construction comprises a bottom plate, a rectangular frame and two cover plates. Rectangular slotsare formed in the bottom parts of short edges of the rectangular frame; a rolling wheel is slidably arranged in each rectangular slot; a connecting rod A and a connecting rod B are hinged to two sides of a rotary shaft of each rolling wheel; the tail end of each connecting rod A extends to a position below a bulge; dovetail slots are formed in the bottom parts of the cover plates; a slide block matched with each dovetail slot is slidably arranged in each dovetail slot, and is hinged with the tail end of each connecting rod B; a bottom surface of each rectangular slot is an arc-shaped rollingsurface with two ends bending toward an opening direction of each rectangular slot; and each rolling wheel moves back and forth along each arc-shaped rolling surface. The tool pass box for outer wallconstruction further comprises adjusting cylinders and springs fixed to inner walls of the bulges. When the pass box moves sidewards, a gap is produced between side walls of the pass box, the cover plates are connected with the connecting rods A and the connecting rods B through the slide blocks, the cover plates move to drive the springs to pull and stretch, and the springs produce elastic forcesopposite to movement directions of the cover plates when restoring shape changes, so that the cover plates return back to initial positions during loading.
