The present disclosure herein relates to a flexible film, a circuit board assembly and a display apparatus. A flexible film includes a base film, a plurality of wirings disposed on the base film, anda plurality of pads connected to the plurality of wirings. The plurality of pads include a plurality of horizontally arranged pads arranged in the first direction to define a pad row; and a pluralityof vertically arranged pads arranged in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction in the pad row.
