A damper device 10 includes: a first inner spring SP11 that transmits torque between a drive member 11 and a first intermediate member 12; a second inner spring SP12 that transmits torque between thefirst intermediate member 12 and a driven member 16; a first outer spring SP21 that transmits torque between the drive member 11 and a second intermediate member 14; a second outer spring SP22 that transmits torque between the second intermediate member 14 and the driven member 16; and an intermediate spring SPm that transmits torque between the first intermediate member 12 and the second intermediate member 14. The first outer spring SP21 and/or the second outer spring SP22, said first outer spring and second outer spring corresponding to the second intermediate member 14 having a larger natural frequency than the first intermediate member 12, is disposed outside of the first and second inner springs SP11, SP12 that correspond to the first intermediate member 12, said outside being in thediameter direction of the first and second inner springs.
