The piezoelectric wing array consists of a plurality of piezoelectric wind wings distributed in a circumference with a pillar as the center. The magnetic field energy collector consists of a Haier Beck magnet array, a composite piezoelectric metal plate, a connector and a magnetic field energy collector base. The power management circuit includes a wind energy impedance matching circuit, a magnetic field energy impedance matching circuit, an AC/DC rectifying unit and a power storage unit.
