The water surface floating type photovoltaic power station overall stability controlsystem acts on stable units of a photovoltaic array in the water surface photovoltaic power station, and a shore fixing device and an underwater anchoring device are arranged aiming at each stable unit; the shore fixing devices are arranged on the sides, close to a shore, of the stable units, and each stable unit comprises a stable unit connecting point, a mooring rope and a shore fixed point; theunit connecting points which are fixed to the stable units are connected with the shore fixed points which are fixed on the shore through the mooring ropes; and the underwater anchoring devices are arranged on the side, away from the shore, of the stable units; and each underwater anchoring device comprises a stable unit anchoring point, an anchoring rope and an anchoring block, and the stable unit anchoring points which are fixed to the stable units are connected with the anchoring blocks which are arranged in seawater through the anchoring ropes. According to the water surface floating typephotovoltaic power station overall stability control system, overall stability is good, the effect of the wind wave load can be resisted, deflection of the photovoltaic array is prevented, a floatingbody is uniformly stressed, stress concentration of the connecting points is avoided, and normal and efficient operation of a photovoltaic power generation system are ensured.
