The invention discloses a power battery system with integrated rechargeable and changeable batteries, a working method, and applications. The system comprises a fixed power battery pack and at least achangeable power battery pack. Power output ends of the fixed power battery pack and the changeable power battery packs are connected with a power input end of a drive motor, and the power output ends of the fixed power battery pack and the changeable power battery packs are also connected with a power input end of an auxiliary source power supply through a DCDC module. The power output end of the auxiliary source power supply is connected with power input ends of a fixed power battery management system, a changeable power battery management system, and a main controller, to realize fast charging of an electric vehicle or expansion of a power battery pack, and improve road haul of the electric vehicle, relieve range anxiety, and improve driving experience.
