The material splitting motor is embedded in the top of an inner rack, the material splitting cone is fixedly connected ontothe top of the material splitting motor, the sludge is uniformly dewatered through cooperation of the material splitting cone and the material splitting motor when the equipment is used, and effectivematerial splitting is carried out when the equipment is used, so that uniform configuration is carried out when the equipment is used, and faults caused by high load of the dewatering equipment are avoided.
