The platform isadvantaged in that the virtual work principle is employed to supply power for a high voltage supply high metering device, consumption energy is small, development of researches on the electricity stealing prevention algorithm is facilitated through open electricity stealing prevention algorithm verification, and a disadvantage of the electricity stealing prevention algorithm having no verificationplatform is solved.
