摘要：
本发明属于清洁生产领域，特别涉及一种清洁节能型生产制盐工艺。首先向原料卤水投加石灰乳，再采用石灰烟道气法处理该卤水，将反应后的卤水经过粗过滤器过滤后，泵入陶瓷超滤膜过滤装置去除钙镁；所得的澄清液或用于制备液体盐，或被投入到机械热压缩MVR蒸发结晶技术中制备固体盐。

The invention belongs to the field of clean production, and particularly relates to a clean and energy-saving type production and salt preparation process. Firstly, lime cream is fed into raw materialbrine; then, the brine is processed by a lime flue gas method; the reacted brine is filtered by a coarse filter, and is then pumped into a ceramic filtering membrane filtering device to remove calcium and magnesium; the obtained clear liquid is used for preparing liquid salt or is fed into machinery for preparing solid salt through a hot compression MVR evaporative crystallization technology.
