The invention relates to a reclosing controlling method and device for a direct-current circuit breaker. The method comprises: whether a second electronic switch module of a transfer branch is interlocked is determined; if so, whether the interlocking time is smaller than preset interlocking time is determined; if not, the second electronic switch module is in conduction, wherein the first conduction number of the second electronic switches connected currently is smaller than an initial interlocking number and the voltage applied to a variable resistor connected in parallel to a second electronic switch module not in conduction is larger than the operation voltage of the variable resistor; whether a fault current of a power transmission line with a fault is larger than a preset threshold value is determined; and if not, the second electronic switch module that is not in conduction is connected. Therefore, a problem that the reliability of the operation of a flexible direct-current power transmission system is reduced because the reclosing process of the existing high-voltage direct-current circuit breaker has no current-limiting and voltage-limiting capabilities is solved.
