The present invention relates to an anti-electricity theft system and a use method thereof and belongs to the metering device and metering method field. With the anti-electricity theft system and theuse method thereof of the invention adopted, manual general survey can be effectively replaced, electricity theft behaviors can be automatically handled, and handling modes are flexible and do not bring resentments to users. The system of the invention comprises an electric energy meter. The signal output end of the electric energy meter is connected with a metering platform through a power supplycommunication network. The anti-electricity theft system is characterized in that a check electric energy meter is arranged at the demarcation point of the power supply communication network and a user; an auxiliary server is arranged at the main station of the power supply communication network; the output end of the check electric energy meter is connected with the auxiliary server through thepower supply communication network; and a switch used for communication and information check is arranged between the auxiliary server and the metering platform.
