Provided are a data transmission method and device, and a transceiver. The method is a method for data transmission of an access point; a transceiver of the access point comprises m transmitting channels and n receiving channels; the method is applied to a wireless local area access network (WLAN), comprising: the access point using at least one of the m transmitting channels within a first time period, and sending downlink data to at least one first station via a first channel; the access point using at least one of the n receiving channels within the first time period, and receiving uplink data sent by at least one second station via a second channel, wherein starting and ending moments of the access point sending the downlink data and receiving the uplink data are the same. In the embodiments of the present invention, uplink and downlink transmission can be simultaneously executed on different channels, so that a transmitting channel and a receiving channel operate simultaneously, thereby improving the utilization rate of receiving and transmitting channels, and further improving system throughput.
